Bikaner Food Tour (Bhujia & Rasgulla Spots) (बीकानेर फूड टूर (भुजिया और रसगुल्ला))
Bikaner is a paradise for food lovers, and a dedicated food tour is one of the best ways to experience the city's legendary culinary heritage. Bikaner is the birthplace of the world-famous Bikaneri Bhujia — a crispy spiced snack made from moth bean flour and spices. The city is equally celebrated for its unique Bikaner Rasgulla (distinct from the Bengali version, made smaller and firmer), kachori, samosa, and an astonishing variety of namkeen (savory snacks). A food tour typically starts at Kote Gate, moves through Station Road, and covers legendary establishments including Chhotu-Motu Joshi for rasgulla and sweets, Haldiram's original shop (the global brand started here in Bikaner), Bikaji factory outlets for namkeen, and numerous street-side stalls for ghewar, laddu, papad, and dal-baati-churma. The food tour is a journey through Bikaner's Marwari culinary traditions.

History
Bikaner's food legacy dates back centuries. The Bikaneri Bhujia was first made by a halwai named Pandit Ganga Bishan Agarwal in the 1877 court of Maharaja Dungar Singh. The iconic snack brand Haldiram's was founded by Ganga Bhishen Agarwal (Haldiram) in Bikaner in 1937. Bikaner's dry climate proved ideal for making and preserving namkeen and papad, turning it into India's snack capital.
